Account Assistant

Job Description: Solid knowledge in invoices, sales, expenses, petty cash, payment voucher, official reciepts, account receivable, account payable, bank statements, bank econciliation, salaries/epf, creditors, debtors, and etc. To manage data entry staffs. Do daily check on the data entries that updated by the data entry staff. To have good knowledge in any accounting softwares and know the concepts. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor in Accounts
Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting world.
Good in any accounting software.
Understand the deadline is must.
Need to works extra hours(overtime) during peak periods.
Take initiative to learn more.
Time management and prioritize the tasks.
Good typing speed with minimal typo.
Easily adaptable to working environment
Prefer to be based in Kajang or Selangor.
Open to Malaysians only.

Audit Assistant

Job Description: To prepare audit working papers, audited financial statements, and audited reports and ensure that they are completed on a timely basis. To prepare basic tax computation and related worksheets. To liaise with clients & other parties with audit issues. To carry out other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 2-year experience as an Audit assistant.
Good in Accounting system such as AutoCount or UBS.
Understand the deadline is must.
Good knowledge in bookkeeping processes.

Solid communication skills.
